How we are run & getting involved
There's many ways to get involved, from quick easy ones to long term commitment. Qvox.org welcomes all who wish to input in whatever way they have energy for.
Staff & Directors
At the top rung, qvox.org is run by unpaid staff who have put a long term commitment to this project and do most of the coding, content addition and moderating. These will be overseen by the directors, who are more hands-off people active in the Queer community who will help guide the project on a strategic level.
Staff positions
All these positions are assigned at general meetings, hopefully some point in the future by directors. These posts are permanent until someone steps down or has a vote of no confidence.

Directors
Directors are appointed annually, and will be expected to come to the majority of a year's meetings. The directors can otherwise be hands off with the project - we welcome applications from anyone involved in Queer or LGBT activism to put their name forward for this nomination. At a minimum then this only needs 2 hours of your time every month :)
